FAQ’s

  • Yes. We’ll send an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $500. Once the deposit is paid, the project goes into the development, sampling and/or production queue.

  • Our standard turnaround time is about 2–5 weeks, depending on the order size and customization needs.
