Order Fulfillment Coordinator

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring completed orders move efficiently from finished goods through shipment and order closeout. This role oversees picking, packing, shipping coordination, carrier management, shipping optimization, finished-goods inventory accuracy, and fulfillment documentation. This position serves as the final operational checkpoint before delivery to the customer and works closely with Production and Sales to ensure shipments are accurate, timely, and cost-effective. Previously staffed part-time, the role is now a full-time position to support the Factory's order volume.

Coordinates order fulfillment, shipment, and logistics
Receives completed orders from Production and prepares them for shipment.
Coordinates picking, packing, and shipment of customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Confirms orders are complete and packaged according to customer requirements and shipping specifications.
Generates packing slips, shipping labels, and required shipping documentation.
Tracks deliveries and resolves shipping delays, exceptions, and carrier issues.
Negotiates and manages shipping rates with carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure cost-effective and reliable service.
Identifies opportunities to optimize shipping processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
Collects packing slips and final shipping cost details and relays information to the Sales team for invoicing.
Ensures all fulfillment and shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Supports finished-goods inventory management
Maintains accurate finished-goods inventory records.

Lead Printing & Cutting Operator

The Lead Printing & Cutting Operator is responsible for leading the technical operation of Fourbital Factory's digital printing and cutting equipment, ensuring products move successfully from development through production with exceptional quality and efficiency. This role serves as the technical expert for printing and cutting operations by supporting product development, operating and optimizing equipment, training operators, maintaining machinery, and ensuring all printed and cut components meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Surface Designer, Technical Apparel Designer, Materials Manager, and Production team, this position helps transform design concepts into production-ready components while continually improving processes, equipment capabilities, and production quality.

Product Development & Prototyping
Collaborate with the Technical Apparel Designer and Materials Manager to create samples for testing, prototyping, and product development.
Test new materials, print methods, and cutting applications to determine optimal production settings.
Adjust machine settings including heat, speed, pressure, cutting parameters, and material handling to achieve desired results.
Verify prototypes meet Tech Pack specifications and identify any missing information needed for production.
Document machine settings, production methods, and testing results for future reference.
Catalog prototype samples and production standards.
Recommend process improvements to improve quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
Production Operations
Produce printed and cut components according to the priorities and schedules established by the Project Manager.
Work with the Surface Designer to ensure artwork is printed accurately according to approved Tech Packs.
Generate cutting markers from Technical Apparel Designer pattern files.
Verify cut components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
Prepare and bundle components according to the established order of operations.
Monitor equipment during production to detect quality issues, machine concerns, or material inconsistencies.
