From Design to Production: How Jenna Brings Community to Fourbital

At Fourbital Factory, community isn’t just something we talk about — it’s woven into everything we make. One of the best examples of that is Jenna Baginski, our Junior Apparel Technical Designer.

Jenna joined the team in 2023, drawn by her passion for apparel and technical design. Since then, she’s watched Fourbital grow from a small start-up prototyping shop into a full-scale custom beanie manufacturer serving brands, schools, and events nationwide.

Most days, Jenna focuses on designing apparel for our sister brand 4T2D. But when custom beanie season ramps up, she jumps in to support production. Whether it’s cutting, sewing, or problem-solving on the fly, Jenna brings her creativity and craftsmanship to keep things moving.

For us, that’s what makes Fourbital different: everyone pitches in, and community supports community.
